SUP 2.2 SCC Error

Hello Experts,

I have installed SUP 2.2 on the VM with OS Windows Server Standard SP2.Its a 2 processor CPU E5-26090 @ 2.40GHz 2.40GHz and RAM is 16GB.

But when I opened the SCC I am not able to open it.I have also updated SUP 2.2 SP02 PL00 patch(ebf 20894) on top of SUP 2.2 installation.But the issue remains the same.

I checked the logs of SCC and found the below errors in the agent log:-

This message makes it sound like something is already listening on the same port.

Here is a list ports that SCC uses to listen on from the SUP 2.2 Doc, I would take a look to see if any EXE is using the WEB Services Ports listed below.

RMI service	9999	TCP/IP
Messaging service	2100	TCP/IP
SCC repository database server	3638	TDS
Web container	8282 8283	HTTP HTTPS
