is there any trx. to set up dafault values for Support Message

Hi gurus

I´am looking for some trx. that let me set up default values when a Support Message is being created, such as: Ibase, product ID, Priority, Category, so on.

I´d appreciate any help that could be helpful...

You can use transaction variants to set default values.

How do I setup a transaction variant for the notif_create or the crm_order screens in order to default some values for when I create a service desk ticket?

Hello Efrain,

Please check note 827940.

As far as I know SOLMAN SAP Development is thinking in create a customize function for transaction NOTIF_CREATE.
