Scale based Price on Quantity

Hi All,

There is a requirement of scale price on sales invoice quantity, material batch management also active there.

I have maintained scale price in VK11 but this is not working properly due batch split .

For example :

I have maintained scale price X material

Qty                         Price

0-50                       100

51-100                   90

Now I have created invoice of 60 qty for X material, 40 qty in A batch and 20 qty in B batch and price is calculating @100 but it must calculate on total qty of X material @90.

Please help me out  .

You can avoid this by combining the batch split quantity in the invoice. Go to t.code VTFL -> select the source and billing document type -> then go to item level details. Maintain value G (or H) in the field Billing quantity, and save. Then create new documents and test.

Thanks for reply.

I did the change in Billing quantity as H in VTFL. Now scale price coming as per requirment but batch wise materail quantity not updating in VBRP table only total qty in all lines .

For example:

Before change :

Invoice no.     Item     Material     batch     Qty

123               10          X                              0

123               11          X               A          40

123               12          X               B          20

After change :

Invoice no.     Item     Material     batch     Qty

123               10          X                            60

123               11          X               A          60

123               12          X               B          60

I need daat in previous format, because there are lots of Z report which are depend on batch qty.

Hi,

Could you check whether you updated Scale Type as D - Graduated scale in the condition type V/06

hope it will work in your case
