SAP System Measurement (T-code USMM) doesn’t contain User Type “FF

Hi experts,

    Whe i check transaction code: USMM there is no user type FF.how can i  resolve that issue?

Please help me.

Hi Prabaharan,

User type FF is for Fire Fighter IDs. Do you have such an ID created in your system ?

Mostly FF Ids are service user IDs created using Su01.

Hi,

I suggest that you visit the SAP Service Market Place:
http://service.sap.com/licenseauditing

Visit Measurement Program Tips & Tricks under the "Information about SAP System Measurement " and import all user types to complete your usertypes table.

Once the user types are imported, check if the user type "FF  SAP Shop Floor/ Warehouse User" is available in the 'User Type' tab. If yes, Please check to make active and save the changes.

Now, click on 'User Classification' button to see the list of users in the system. Check if you can classify the Shop floor users under the SAP ID FF.

Please check on the following as well:

- Check if correct report applicable for your release is downloaded from SAP Service Market Place.
- Check if the user type is available in user types tab in USMM screen and this is checked(tick)

- Check if you have import the relevant pricelist  from Service Marketplace.

Hi Prabaharan,

Method is mentioned at service market place itself.

Proceed as follows:

1. Log on to the target system
2. Open the ABAP editor, transaction SE38
3. Create a new report, for example, ZTUTYP_UPD
4. Choose attribute "Type" as "Executable program"
5. Save your entries as "Local object"
6. Load the report text from the download to the text editor (notepad) and save
   the text on the clipboard
7. Return to the ABAP editor and insert the text from the clipboard
8. Save, activate, and run the report
