Legal Control - Export - unable to determine any relevant partner country

Hi All,

We are geting error log as Unable to determine any relevant partner country, when we are testing export license in GTS system.

We are able to transfer relevant sales documents into GTS development system. Even when we are Simulating Business Transaction also we are having same issue,

We have done all configuration like partner function setup, legal control and license trype determination. Not sure what is missing from partner function end.

Please your ideas and solutions to resolve this issue.

Hi Lakshmikanth,

Please check if you have assigned a Partner Grp for Determining Active Leg. Regulations.

You will find this under SAP GTS->General settings->Legal Regulations->Define determination procedure for active legal regulations.

Get in and check here for your determination procedure, if it has a Partner Group assigned. If not, check and assign a relevant one.

If yes, then go to this partner group and check the set of Partner functions assigned. And verify if you find Ship to Party added in that partner group.

Thanks for your reply. All these changes are already existed. Still we are having same issue, not sure what is missing from partner country side.

When we see the blocked report, we can find the output when we checked the partner missing option in selection screen.

I think some partner function or partner number is missing from document in GTS.

Hi Lakshmikanth,

There is one more config. can you also check if that exists correctly.

Go to SAP GTS->SAP Compliance management->Legal Control service->Control settings for "Legal control" Service.

Select the related Legal reg. for which you are facing this problem and in details check if

"Partner Group to determine Country of Destination" is assigned with a Partner Group or not.

If not, please assign.

If assigned, please open the Partner Group and chk if it has Ship to Party(WE) inside.

Issue has been resolved after assigning correctly now.
