PI 7.3 single stack - SLD

hi,

i have PI 7.3 single stack development and quality server.

can i keep single SLD for both the server OR different SLD's are mandatory for PI 7.3 single stack.

you can maintain single sld for both DEV and Quality.

Hi Venkat,

Even If you two SLDs, you can synchronize them fisrt.

Then maintain Transport Groups in SLD using Source(DEV) group to Target Group (QA).

Hi Kanchem,

We can do that .I'm not saying we can't maintain 2 separate SLD's for DEV and Quality.

He asked for whether we can maintain single sld for both DEV and Quality.For this i replied back ,saying we can maintain single SLD for both servers .

I have old SAP PI 7.1 system too.

Is there anyway we can make new systen SAP PI 7.3 SLD same as of old SAP PI 7.1 ?

What all things can be same in old and new system and how its possible.

Basically what you mean is to transfer all objects from PI7.1 SLD to PI 7.3 SLD.

you can do that by configuring Data Suppliers & Synchronozation in PI 7.1 and it will sync all your content you 7.3
