Hi Friends
I am unable to generate EWA reports in Solman 7.0 as the services are in red flag.
I have downloaded EWA reports for all systems 1 month back but now I can't.
Please suggest how to troubleshoot the issue?

The red flag means that the necessary download data is missing from satellite system. Check the following:
- RFC connection between solman and backend working?
- is /BDL/TASK_PROCESSOR Job running in backend?
- is task "maintenance package" scheduled?
- is solman BACK destination maintained as master destination in backend's SDCCN?
- check the task logs in backend SDCCN

Hi AJITAV,
Have you tried to click on the EWA report on solution_manager or DSWP tcode, and then click Call Service Controller? is it work?
If it work, please check the scheduled tasks on SDCCN, are there any task for maintenance package and session data had been scheduled?
Check SM37, is job SM:EXEC SERVICES scheduled to convert the collected data to HTML/word format?

What changes have you made in last few days in your system. Also, please attach the screenshot of error displayed.
