Z Report Not Working in EHP6 server

Dear Experts,

We have Upgraded Our SAP Server from ECC6 to EHP6 server, where some z queries are not working.. throwing ABAP Runtime Error.

Please Provide Solutions as those Z Reports are very Important from the Business Point of View.

Please advice.
