Webi Date Prompt not working on Ipad

Hi Experts,

I have created a webi document on top of Universe (in IDT) and there is a Date prompt in universe which is working FINE when i preview results in LaunchPad. But when i open the SAME webi on SAP BO MOBILE on IPAD. The same prompt is not working and it is giving the following error after accepting the date from date selector on Ipad: "ies 10901"

I am also attaching the snapshot of error to clarify the situation. Kindly have a look and help me out in finding that what is going wrong.

The database contains some arabic data also. But the webi on launch pad is running fine with it. Something goes wrong on IPad.

Hi ALL,

I have found the solution. The attached error is about TNS entry missing at the server end. I put the TNS entry there and reopened the Mobi and its working
