Stock lying in QI

Hello Experts,

Stock is lying in QI. Need to move the stock to UR.

UD has done for the material code X on december and reversed on January.

Now the stock lying in QI.

we tried to move the stock manually but it is throwing error need to move the stock in QM only.

We tried to create inspection lot manually.. but in UD insp lot tab is not appearing.

Can anyone please suggest how to transfer the stock from QI to UR.

Hello Kalyan

The root cause of this issue is because there is inconsistency in the MM stock (displayed under Quality inspection stock view in MMBE) and QM stock.

Please run the program ZQEVAC20 in SE38. This program will do an inventory posting (movement type 321- if QM stock is less than MM stock) with the difference quantity of the stock carried out automatically in the background.

Hi,

As you activate Inspection type in QM view of Material Master, Inspection lot creates auto. while GRN, at this time stock appearing in QI stock.

This QI stock transferred to UU stock then you need to transfer through UD only.

This can't possible through normal posting by maintaining 321 mov. type as u did earlier & you system throwing Error message.

This is also not possible through Creating Manual Inspection lot.

You need to transferred by using QA12/QA32 & enter the qty. of stock that transfer to UU stock in Inspection stock tab.
