How to flow PS data in Quotation/Sales Order

Hi Gurus

My client is project based company.

When they create the project with WBS, They wish to copy billable WBS element in Quotation/Sales Order automatically

Please Help

Hi,

As you know, Billing of projects to customer involves a Tool called DIP profile which will enable you to bill the kind of work involved at WBS element ( either Planned or actual cost based)

Now create the sales order and assign the WBS element and Project definition corresponding to that WBS which is linked to it in account assignment field in Item level

and you can use either DP81 or DP82 based on the sales price for quotation to generate the quotation for the Project you created

I don't think with the information provided by for query is sufficient to guide you well.

To assist you better. Can you guide us, which industry your client belong to? What kind of projects your client company deals in? Sales or Capex?

If you want this data to flow automatically to Quotation,then you can use Dip Profile by using WBS element as characteristics and then using transaction DP82 you can create Quotation which will bring all WBS element cost into your Quotation and then further to sales order.
