Delivery should block if stock not found TANN-Free of Charge Item

Dear All,

For X material[TAQ] , Z is free charge Material [Cylinder-TANN] , when user creating Delivery only main material showing and free of delivery item[Cylinder] not showing as a line item, because of no stock found for TANN. Need to restrict Delivery if Second line item[TANN] not found for the Main Material.

TAN Material type is : FERT , Item category group is ERLA -Structure/Mat. above

TANN Material type is : UNBW -  Nonvaluated materials, Item category group is : LUMF-Structure/mat. below, Availability check off at schedule line category, MRP type - ND,

Is there any user exit to achieve this.

You provided link only tells how to DO delivery group regarding B.O.M

but as per my knowledge op asked to delivery group free of goods

Hi,

Then you have standard SAP solution at VBN1 or VBN2 ( Free goods Delivery Control)

Dear sir if you dont mind i will explaine what op asked plz

in vbn1 if we maintain free goods delivery control how we give items ( main ) with free goods or nnce full qnty reached then only we will give like this

But op asked ex:

I have 100 main items ( rexona) are there  20 are free goods ( lux)

Now while creating sales order ,, i have the shortage of the stock free goods or main items

now i created sales order with 100 main items here automatically free goods also will appear but if stock is not there for free goods confirmed date is different  so .... here main intention is to control separate delivery date ...

If you want to maintain Delivery  group for free of goods  Just maintain delivery group in sales order level -- in shipping tab --- You can find Delivery group field

here you maintain 1 in main line item level and 1 in free goods line item level

it means system understands free goods and main item will be confirmed on single day
