No Attribute found for scenario BBP

Dear Experts,

I'm configuring SRM 7.0 EHP2 on NWBC and found error while creating shopping cart for employee as "

The attributes
of the user are inconsistent or not defined. See transaction PPOMA_BBP.

Although the srm org structure exists and have integrated the user to the org structure with the mandatory attributes. Can some one advice me what is missing here to fix this issue.

I've maintained the role as /sapsrm/employee, activated sicf services for nwbc.

Hi Venkata,

Please execute the transaction code BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE for the employee or BBP_ATTR_CHECK and check the relevant error message.

Dear KOPPISETTI,

please, check the following both things:

1. The user is linked to an organizational unit in PPOSA_BBP. It means that the "CP" is linked to an "US" and to a "S" and the "S" is linked to a node of type "O".

2. Check the attributes consistence through report BBP_CHECK_CONSISTENCY for the corresponding document.
