Hi,
I have a scenario where
an end user has authorization to VA01, VA02 & VA03.
1. A sales order has been created by an end user.
2. once the order created, he should not be able to change the same one.
3. if there are any changes to made to the sales order, the manager should approve the document to make changes, only then the end user should be able to change it.
need some suggestions.
thank you
Hi,
We can't achieve completely with standard SAP config. If you have workflow consultant, he/she can help you to trigger the email. You may think of using business objects(Like BUS2031).
In my case I have used status profile, and added auth objects and after that took ABAPer help to trigger email to approvers.
This can be easily achievable if you have ABAPer as well.

Dear
There is no any standard way which controls this. What changes you want to restrict? I think you need to control this with status profile and some customizing in program MV45AFZZ.
Thank$
