Avalability Control Issue

Dear Experts,

I am facing ambigious situation regarding Avalability Control of X material at sales order level. I have created orders with several metrials but did not face any problem in material avalability but when i am going to create order with that specific X material i am facing problem in avalability confirmation. I chacked MRP views in MM02 all respective fields are same as compared to other materials . Strategy on MRP3 is also 10 . In Material Avalability stock is confirmed  while on MMBE report relevant stocks is also available.

Then where can be the problem ? Please guide me

Hi,

Can you check in MD04 and see the stock allocation. May be stock has been reserved for some other open sales orders.

You need to check transaction CO09 to see if there is an available quantity. This is the correct transaction to check the available quantity. More detailed information on this can be found by reading SAP note 89362.

You may also check report - SDRQCR21 to check if any past reservations are stuck in system & need to be cleared.
