route under new shipping condition won't be carried out in SO shipping line item

Hi friends,

customer master (ship to ) was assgined shipping condition 01(standard). Sales order route is 4DTRS under combination of delivery plant, shipping to and loading group. Customer need route to be set as 5DTRS.

Configurtion:

1. set new shipping condition say Z5

2. new route determination set (0VRF) under the same combination of departure and destination zone. assign 5DTRS assinge to Z5

change customer master shipping condtion to Z5

when create SO, item shipping information still show ZD 4DTRS instead of 5DTRS

Question: why wasn't  new route carried over in the SO ?

Hi,

check in VOV8 for your Order type whether the shipping condition is ZD instead of Z5

as you know the standard will give priority to the shipping conditions to the sales order than the customer master

also check in sales order-->header tab where you can see the shipping condition and check what system has determined

Adding to Santosh's reply, if you want to have Shipping conditions specific to customer master, then make the shipping conditions blank in order type.

Can you check one more thing at 0VRF i.e. Route Determination Without Weight Group(Order), ensure that you have assigned SC + Transport group and Proposed route here.
