Search Help stopped working in EasyWeb transaction

Hello, gurus!

In 2006, we created a custom transaction with a simple selection screen where the user can select a personnel number.  The input field has a search help associated with it (matchcode object PREMP).  We created a transaction code for this report with the following settings:

We have an Internet Service configured with a generated template with the WebGUI generating style (Generating Style = W) embedded in our portal. 

After the latest support pack updates last fall, the screen is no longer rendered properly.... The search help dropdown box disappeared:

Notice that there is nothing to click on to get the search help.  However, hitting the F4 key still brings up the search help... It just isn't very pretty and is somewhat hard to use (notice that only a fraction of the buttons are displayed).

Does anyone know what changed here or how I can get this to function properly?

What is the SAP Basis and Kernel version and patch number you are using here?

What are the 'GUI Configuration' settings of your EWT in SICF?
