Hi,
For raising shopping carts in SRM 7.02, we are going to use the Simplified Form shopping cart option for occassional users raising orders via punchout catalogs only. In this case, all the data is automatically populated on the shopping cart with minor addtional information added. We have noticed that the Approval Note is greyed out for this shopping cart option. Its ready for input for the other scenarios eg 4 step Wizard Form. What is the best method to change this field at the Header level as ready for input so that requisitioners can add their notes for the approver for Simplified Form scenario?. SPRO configure of metadata does not seem to have this field option to configure. BADI BBP_UI_CONTROL_BADI is obsolete in SRM 7. Which is the replacement BADI if this is a good option? Any other options are welcome.
Thank you.
Hi Joseph,
1. Did the SC ordered from Punchout going to approaval ??
2. Did you control any where that SC ordered from Punchout should not go to approaval ??

Ashok

Hi Ashok,
Thank you for your reply. Our shopping cart to punchout catalogues do not go for approval. We have implemented Process Controlled workflow automatic approval for shopping carts. This automatically will create a follow-on purchase order document.
For the other shopping cart scenarios eg 4 step wizard, the approval note can be accessed and requisitioner can add notes. We want to do the same for the Simplified Form scenario, but the approval note field is greyed out in this scenario only. How can we enable it so that notes can be entered ?
Regards,
Allen.
