Hi Gurus,
I am facing a performance problem on a customer system.
A "big" WDJ application has been set up using a central Model DC (WDJ) that is used by several other DCs.
The fact is that when users connect to the application, the Model uses up to 50Mb of the VM memory.
Our VMs have 2Gb so when 40 people use the application, the VM is overloaded and crashes...
We set up the VMs to 4Gb while looking for a solution.
A lot of the data model is identical for all users (referential).
I was wondering if anyone would know a way of loading the referential data at server level and so be able to load it only once for any number of users ?
Any ideas of how I could improve situation ?
The system is ECC 5 / Portal 7.0...
Regards,
Nicolas
Hi,
Have you tried to break down the Models/DC into several smaller Models/DC?
This should save you a lot of memory, make all your development process faster, build process faster and also deployment process faster.

D.
