HR trigger for Role Removal

Hello everyone,

I am planning to configure the following scenario

Requirement : For transfer action in HR, the existing roles of the User should be removed (only existing roles to be removed and I'D continue to exist)

Trial Configuration :

1. Assign 'Remove' Action to one of the custom request type that will be mapped with Transfer action in HR trigger configuration
2. Have 'No approver stage' in the workflow path

Question : Will the roles be removed for the transfer action done in HR system as 'Remove' action is associated with mapped custom request type ?

Hi Mayuresh,

once the position is changed for a PERNER the role's assigned with the

old position are added into the request automatically for remove action

and role's relevant for the new position are added into the request with

assign action. For this you need to do following in the HR system.

1. go to TA: PO13

2. Enter Position and select relationships and click create

3. Maintain Relation type/Relation: B 007

4. Select type of related object: 'Role'

5. ID of related object: PFCG role name

Hi Jatin,

Let me explain the scenario a little in detail :

We DONT have position based roles, hence your suggestion will not work in our scenario.

We have 4 different systems ECC, HR, SRM, IS-U. We want to deprovision the Users in one trigger from all the systems with the User Id intact.

Question: Will the following configuration work

Trial Configuration :
