ccBPM error: "BPE_ADAPTER" SYSTEM_FAILURE_INTERNAL

hello Guru's,

I designed a very easy ccBPM in my SAP PI 7.3 (you can see in image).

It's very similar to a Async- Sync Bridge (using jdbc protocol) but i use some mapping inside.

When i try to test interface i see the first message on SXMB_MONI but with this error:

"BPE_ADAPTER">SYSTEM_FAILURE_INTERNAL

The process don't start. I don't see any messages in Process Monitor.

I launch CPA cache refresh without result.

In SXI_CACHE i launch the full cache refres but i see an error:

Unable to refresh cache contents

Error during last attempt to refresh cache

I deleted the ccBPM from IB and reimported. No result.

On the end i create a new ccBPM on ESB e tried to use it but with the same problem on SXI_CACHE.

Any suggestion?

It's a technical problem? or maybe i designed the ccBPM in wrong mode?

Are there a more specific monitor or log for understand where is the problem?

Hi,

It is better to have mapping outside BPM. COuld you pls remove the mapping after the sync send step & add operation map in interface determination.

In SXI_CACHE i still to have same error. Return code = 1

ok, the problem was in a installation step. something missed.

Now SXI_CACHE work correctly and ccBPM too.

Hi ALessandro, Hi All

We recently installed PI 7.31 (dual stack) and we export/ import all BPM objects to new PI 7.31 systems.

We tested one BPM scenario on PI system we got the exception

BPE_ADAPTER">SYSTEM_FAILURE_INTERNAL,

And I refreshed SXI_Cache ,return code 0 for the Integration process and I did full CPA cache refresh.

and my SWF_XI_CUSTOMIZING  all status are green, I didn't see any entries in SWWL

and I got same exception on my PI quality system also.

could you please let me know how I can solve this problem?

hello Sateesh,

you have exactly my same problem.

But I'm not sure the solution will be the same.

Does your PI is installed over DB Sybase?

On the end in my case I understood the problem was there.

If i remember i followed this note for solve the problem : 1650822 but i'm not sure.

Check also all PI component installed. They need have the same version.

Let me know if you solve the problem

Yes, I had same problem. we are n't using DB SYBASE.We deployed only JDBC drivers for Oracle DB and MS SQL DB on PI 7.31 systems.

We export/import from the objects from Old environment(XI 3.0 SP20) to new Environment (PI 7.31 SP06)

Normally scenario is working fine. But BPM scenarios getting the Error "

BPE_ADAPTER">SYSTEM_FAILURE_INTERNAL"

Have you tried monitoring through transaction SXMB_MONI_BPE...This is for monitoring BPM...

yes i tried but i don't see any entry.

2 more things:

1- in SXI_CACHE the return code of my Integration Process is "1"

2- I tried to import a Standard Integration Process (BpmPatternReqRespAlert) and i see this one have the same problem.

So maybe the problem is not in ccBPM but in some configuration step?

Then could you create the configuration using the configuration wizard in ID..Remember the config of BPM is in two steps:

1. Sender Interface(Outbound) to BPM(Abstract Interface)

2. BPM(Abstract Interface) to Receiver(Inbound Interface)
