Create workflow approve sales order (by object status)

Dear gurus,

My customer require to check and approve sales order by email (internal SAP or external).

I know Workflow can solve this issue but when I try to create workflow, it's too much things and I don't know how to trigger when change object status (Approve or reject).

Can you give me some detail information or document about this?

Hi,

You have to do this via status profile and workflow. Status profile you can od it on your own and also by taking basis help.

But triggering workflow has to be done by workflow consultant by using some business objects like BUS2032
