Personalize layout settings

Hi All,

I have a Web DynPro application with multiple application groups. I need to a provide an ability to end user to personalize layout settings. User should be able to move groups around, toggle visibility options for these groups and personalize overall layout. I am currently using EH 4.0 version for development. Any help would be greatly appreciated if this feature is supported in Web DynPro.

Dear Nidhi.

I dont think that it is possible to change the position of UI Elements by User-personalisation. But you can give the User some kind of personalisation. All elements you can bind to context can be shown to user by own View and than they could change the elements. But than there is the Problem to save this options for next run of the application. Otherwise the default settings would be active.

So you can code your own user-personalisation but I dont think it is possible in standard in that way you need it. There is only the 'right click' user-personalisation.
