Do you have any idea or solution?
BR,

Check the user id with which you are trying to write to the server?
Check the 'content server' service in SICF - and check if the user on the service has authorisation.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Hi Khemarin,
We recently had a similar issue when we were trying to create files in one of the logical archives that we had configured. It was failing because HTTP PUT request(in your case a 'CREATE') on the HTTP server was failing because the service user did not have an active password - It was a HTTP 401 error.
Check SM58 - As this would have logged any errors(though I am not sure how you are trying to archive)
For the 'content server' Interface in SICF - I guess you would have configured a service user in the logon details tab of the service - Check them.
Bye
Jayant
Hi Khemarin,
1) In CSADMIN -> Settings tab make
security = 0
2) Check the permissions in webservers whether full permission has been provided.
For IIS -> Web Applications -> Web Services -> Content Server
Right click and in Permission add full permissions to everyone.
Hope this helps.

Deepak Kori

Hi Khemarin,
You mentioned
I'm using SQL server 2008 R2 as the database and the service is up and running.
Content Server always runs on MaxDB database. I guess you are talking about your ERP system database which runs on MSSQL.
Could you share your configuration details like screenshot from OAC0
Also please check how have you installed content Server

Hi Khemarin,
please check the content repository status:
Go to OACO> select open your content repository > perform the test connection.
if connection fails Go to > CS Admin and check the content repository status, please check the Overview Tab also for Status.
please let me know if you found any error.
Thanks
Kishore Cherukumalla

Use transaction CMSADMIN to check the status of CS and the repository (Z3).
