Result recording

Hi,

I have two issues.

1. Here two types of MICs and two departments, metallurgical and non

metallurgical. User want result recording as per their types like
metallurgical
MICs will be recorded by metallurgical dept user and non metallurgical MICs will
be recorded by quality dept. How can I configure
this. Ex hardness MIC will be
recorded by metallurgical dept and diameter
MIC will be by quality dept.

2. Also user want to capture process control parameters like machine speed,

coolant temperature etc before production confirmation. How can I configure
this ?

1. Create two operations in your inspection plan, (or in the order).  Assign different work centers (LAB1 and LAB2) for each operation.  Assign the characteristics to each operation as appropriate.  Give user's security access to one work center or the other. 

2.  Just create additional MIC's for these.
