Default View Work Inbox

Hello

Does anyone know to to set the Work Inbox to default onto All for WorkItems or Access Management? Currently it defaults to Process Control each time we open it though we are not using it.

We are on SP11 of GRC 10

I had a look at the component configuration for "GRFN_POWL_INBOX" via SE80

Within the Component-Defined Configuration Context Query Id GRFN_INBOX_PC has been defined

Possibly this could be changed to GRFN_INBOX_ALL or GRFN_INBOX_AC ?

You would need to register the object, etc to make the change.

I did a search on SAP Support Portal and found Note 1808105 (Work inbox showing Process Control query as default query) that has resolved the issue

Did you activate process control (and risk management)?

Governance, Risk and Compliance - General Settings - Activate Applications in Client

If yes, try to deactivate PC & RM

Neither application is active just Access Control and they have never been activated since we first installed it.

I had entries in the table but weren't active and I have removed this but it's still there.
