Subcontracting challan problem

Hi Experts,

I am new to CIN. Please help me.

I received goods from subcontractor, In MIGO  finished goods and bom components it is showing completed, we fully at a time. Subcontracting challan  completed, when i am checking J1IF12, for two components GR qty showing zero and other all materials GR qty showing fully received.

for these two materials i checeked in J1IF12, reversal qty showing quantity. I also checked in MB51, for these materials 541 o mvt type showing with negative quantity

please help me, how to resolve this

Maintain below entries in CIN for allowed movement types

MVT. Grp. MvT S 

0001      122   

0001      541   

0002      101   

0002      322 O 

0002      542 O 

0002      543 O 

0002      544 O

Hello,

Pls check in table J_1IEXCDTL what the qty updated against the field "GR quantity".

Also pls ensure that the settings for movement type groups is as per the below OSS note.

1808300 - Error 8I574 - Material XXXXXXXXXX is not assigned fully, short by XX.XXX

I saw in table J_1IEXCDTL entries  , for these  items  GR qty  showing zero , status it is showing as a P - posted. In j1IF12 HEADER LEVEL  status it is showing assigned .

Hello,

What is the challan status? Is it completed or reversed.?

Possibility may be challan is reversed and without doing recredit, it is completed.
