Central Archiving Flag & the central block for BP in SRM

Hi Experts,

Need your advise to put a Central Archiving Flag & the  central block  for Business partner in SRM without referencing the Backend R/3 system

SRM is on 7.0 & backend on ECC 6.

The need is to update table BUT000 in SRM for fields XDELE & XBLCK directly

Pl advise if a FM/Prgm exists for this or a custom build is reqd

Dear Ranganath,

just use FM BBP_BUPA_CHANGE_PARTNER_STATUS (Remember to set IV_COMMIT).

But my reqmt is slightly different.I missed mentioning that there are about 4000 vendor records//(BPs') in SRM that need a mass update for Central deletion flag+ Central Block/Lock indicators set on BP s'

The FM BBP_BUPA_CHANGE_PARTNER_STATUS does update above indicators/Flag on BP , But Only 1 at a time.

Is there alternate?

Then check class CL_BUPA_CENTRAL_MASSUPDATE.
