Transaction BBP_PD status fields.

Hi,

We are on SRM 7.  I have the following sequence of status below once the shopping cart has been created in SRM.  The shopping cart is created successfully and auto-approved.  A follow-on purchase order document is also created in ECC successfully.  I get no issues, but I just wanted to understand whether its normal behavior to get the status 'Awaiting Approval' Inactive 'X'; and 'Item in Transfer Process' Inactive 'X'.  I expected to see 'Approved' status instead.  And I did not expect to see status I1111 'Item in Transfer Process', although its inactive in this case and does not stop the follow-on document from being created.  These 2 status appear in color red in BBP_PD.  Should I just ignore them?

Hi Allen,

This is the standard process of updating the status feilds. The Inactive is "X"  for Awaiting Approval and

Item in Transfer Process means the document got approved and its got transferred respectively .
