Issue in creating request from GRAC_USER_ACCESS_WS web service

Hi,

I am working on GRC10 SP9 .

We are in Phase of IDM- GRC integration check.

to trubleshoot issue and check mandatory fields trying to create request using GRAC_USER_ACCESS_WS web service.

and in respose getting below error "Connector is not configured".

An one can help which connector its referring to and where it required to be maintain.

Is it referring to IDM connector.

Hi Dilip,

I am facing the exactly same error.

Were you able to get rid of that ? What is the solution ?

Hi, The error is quite misleading.  Please check user with which you are creating access request is having GRAC_SYS object or not. for me this was resolved with this auth object. get this assigned to user and then check.  Regards Dilip
