Issue with ESMTP header format

We're setting up our SAP environment to email faxes to an external supplier but seems that the ESMTP header is getting messed up outbound with the ENVID field in the wrong place in the email header so service provider can't recognise the email as fully compatible. Are there any parameters in SXPARAMS that need to be maintained to support ESMTP outbound via SCOT / SOST? Is there a complete list of SXPARAM table values available?

List of supported ESMTP features is provided in SAP note 1098108. See if SAP note 1640310 fixes your issue.

Thanks however the note is applied plus subsequent correction and doesn't resolve this issue.

Can you share details of the communication between AS ABAP and the MTA? How exactly is the ENVID handled inproperly? I suggest you contact SAP support.
