error in startup.bat using SUMSP06 patch level 7

Hi I encountered an error when I run startup.bat in the command prompt. How can i correct this one.

Please see image attached.

Hi,

  Please check whether port 4239 is being used by any other serivces...

You can confirm it by checking with your system administrator... If not, check whether any services are running ....

If yes, please freeup that port and try again...

It will fix your issue...
