The receiving batch will be automatically set to source batch.

Dear Expert,

Our Organisation was running on SAP ECC6 on which Batch to Batch transfer was possible, but after
SAP ECC6 Up-gradation to SAP EHP6 the same is not happening, in
present case the receiving BATCH No is get reset to the source BATCH no. which
not satisfying our business scenario. Please guide me how can i slove the issue ASAP, as business is getting adversely impacted.

This is done through movement type 311 with T-Code MIGO.

i think u need to use movement type 309 for batch to batch transfer, movement type 311 is used for storage location to storage location transfer without changing batch number...
