Shopping cart status "Deleted"

Hi Friends,

I'm on SRM 7 (Sp 09), here a case I want to get your suggestions.

There is one shopping cart status changed to "Deleted" by a system ID (BATCHID), but in BBP_PD the DEL_IND or BE_DEL_IND is not set.

I'm not sure how and what made the SC status to change to "Deleted"

Please share your thought.

Hi Satish,

The del_ind will only appear if you delete the item. If you delete the header then only status I1040.

If the WFL is not getting completed then Please:

1. Make a consistency check at SWUD for your WFL and look for red lights.

2. Also please apply this note and recheck:

1827560 Deleted SC is not complete the workflow

Thanks for quick reply. Actually, I'm not sure why and how the SC status is changed to "Deleted", since the corresponding contract in ECC is still in use.

The other strange thing is the status is changed by system ID "BATCHID".

Any idea how and what could have happened?

Dear Satish,

it seems to be a very particular case so it needs an specific analysis. In Trx BBP_PD if you scroll down, you will see the "option" of see change log by time or by user, maybe it can helps.

When you have more details send it back.
