Access error - WebGui in IE10

Dear All,

I have a problem to access in WebGui with Internet Explorer10. After logon screen the web page shows the loading image and is impossible to continue.

What I need to do to use the WebGui in IE10.

Hello RM,

You need to be sure that you are using the latest Support Package Stack in your system.

Why? Because this is required as per PAM: https://service.sap.com/pam

For IE10, you can check PAM for Netweaver 7.0 including EhPs, as of page 18.

If you are using Netweaver 7.3 including EhPs, then check the PAM for this product as of page 8.

I have CRM  runing on sap NWA 7.01 sp9 . Any help for solve this problem?

Dear Ejberso Reza,

unfortunately 7.01 sp9 is not enough for ie10 based on our PAM documentaion:

service.sap.com/pam

For IE10 you need at least sps13 (NW 7.0 ehp1)

I recommend to use IE9 or IE10 in compatibility mode.
