Prerequisite Errors when sending message to SAP in Webclient

Hello,

   We have configured Solution Manager 7.1 to send messages to SAP via Webclient. However, after completing the required information, entering my information as Processer and Reporter, and select "Send to SAP", the third step in the sending process is Prequisites. Within this step I receive 3 error messages:

- S-User(s) (*my BP number*) not assigned to a customer

- S-User (RFC) and S-User (contact) do not belong to the same customer

- Contact's S-User(s) not assigned to a customer (installation)

I have checked my records and S-User contact and S-User RFC are assigned to the same customer.

Let me know if there is some action I can take.

Hi Masheshie,

As Jansi indicated, on of the related problems is the mapped user on AISUSER table, there are also other problems that are related to, you can check that list on the next post:

Also, if you don't find the problem, you can debig crmwebui using this related procedure.

Hi,

please go to Tcode AISUSER, assign your user with the Suser there.

Hi Jansi,

   Yes, my user has an s-user assgned in AISUSER but still these error messages appear.
