Is it EOIO...? Can you check, if you should have some system error messages or application error messages for the same interface which needs to be cleared first.

Also do a CPA cache refresh, it might work for you in this situation.

Can you also paste the exact error Result that you are getting in the logs.

Hi,

There is a cancel tab in RWB. Did it work for you??I am not sure if it will work for delivering state..

Anyways, can you stop the sender channel & look if that works..Go through the below threads:

Madhav,

You can not cancel messages in delivering state.

You can cencel only when the message is in state of System Error.

Wait till message status gets changed to successfull or System error,if message bstatus like that only for liong time then stop receiver channel if still no luck restart JAVA stack.

Hi,

we have restarted Java Stack and we can see 0/0 threads occupied in Adapter engine status IDoc_AAE_http://sap.com/xi/XI/SystemRecv is the Queue utilized here.

we have now started processing new messages to ECC using IDOC_AAE, then again threads are getting filled up and messages are in delivering status.

so, any idea why the messages are going to delivering status instead of delivered?

IDOC Interfaces are working previously, we have got this issue suddenly in PI7.31(dual stack) application. other adapters are working fine.

Thank You,

Madhav
