SOAMANAGER opening up blank page

Hi all,

I am trying to open up SOAMANAGER but it opens up a blank page that says:

("Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage")

What do I need to setup in order to have it work?

Hi pistol

The WebDynpro framework must be configured, since SOAMANAGER is a WD application. A couple of SICF nodes should be active, see SAP note 1088717.
