The masiexe error has come due to some exe file missing. I already face that problem.Please download sapmmcx64u.msi file place it your path.

Hi Mathan,
1) Ensure that DVDs are locally mounted
2) Ensure that DVD paths are not too long and contains no blank spaces. In the screenshot DVD path is too long.
3) Ensure you have administrative rights on the server.
