Hello,
We have requirement that when a ticket is creating from ECC,an email should to triggered to Support Team which has 2 or more members.
Under BP for the Support team i can only add one email address.
Is it possible to add Mailing list address like mmsupport@abc.com under Email communication to send mail to users that are part of mmsupport@abc.com

Abhishek,
The simple answer should be yes. You should be able to enter a group defined email address as the email address for any business partner, regardless of the type of the partner (employee/group/org).
We have primarily done this for our Group BP's (like a support team) and it works just fine. Every email recipient defined in the group email address should get the email.
