Hello,
I'd like to use the functionality "New from template" when i create a service request message.
Therefor i first need to create a template.
now i integrated the template creation link in my business role.
But when i click on create service request template i don't get my transaction types as choice to select.
where and what do i need to customize in order to get a selection here?

Dear Sven,
Have you checked the Channel assigned to all availiable SR Template? GUI should be assigned here if any transaction type is assigned one channel. Please also ensure that there is at least one Active SR Template transaction type.

go to define navigation bar Profile
make sure
SM-SUPPORT is an assigned work center.
make sure Work Center Link Group SM-IM-SR & SM-IM-CR is assignes to the Work Center
and then search work center SM-IM-SR & SM-IM-CR
and check if
- SM-IMT-CR 21 Incident Template
or
- SM-SRQT-CR 28 Service Request Template
or for problems
- SM-PRT-CR 41 Problem Template
is assigned. After that , follow webster cui advice
and then you need to define the copy rules. So that data saved in the template can be copied to the actual transaction type.
