Thread : Item is not relevant for billing

hi

When i do delivery related billing, when saves billing doc , error comes as " Item is not relevant for billing.so accounting document is getting generated

1) Item category 'TAN ' relevant for billing

    Billing relevance : M - Delivery-related invoices-no zero qtys (incl main batch itm)

2) account deter proced assigned to billing type. a/c key assigned

Hi Sachin,

First let me know why you are using billing relevance as 'M' instead of 'A' in the item category.

If any specific requirement let me know. Also check the field Billing Quantity in the copy controls in T.Code: VTFL for that item category.

checked. qty was zero.so facing error.problem solved

Can you change billing relevance to "A" and let us know how its behaving while creating billing with reference to Del.
