Is it possible to attach files to inquiry and quotation if we have DMS server.
i came to know that there are no object links for inquiry and quotation to attach files.
it object links are not available how to attach files.
please guide me

Is it possible to attach files to inquiry and quotation if we have DMS server.
Yes you can very much create object links for sales inquiry and quotation with document info record (DMS).
i came to know that there are no object links for inquiry and quotation to attach files.
Ensure that you have configured your document type correctly. In your document type, you should have configured the object link for "sales document item (VBAP)" (Screen number 215)

Hi Ajith,
You may use following options
1) You may develop screens for object links. Refer thread http://scn.sap.com/thread/1758770
2) You the Service Object links ( visible on top left corner of gui) to attach documents. In this case you may need to create an archive link destination ( which shall be DMS content server) else it may upload documents into SAP database.

No need of any screen developments. It is standard functionality of SAP DMS.
