How to trigger a action in SOLMAN using RFC function module

Hi,

We want to trigger a action (user defined) in solution manager for a particular transaction no.(Change request), using

RFC enabled function module (from external source).

Any clues?

Hi Rehan,

can you give the scenario, because Solution manager 7.1 you can easily integrate the 3rd party like Remedy with already available APIs ... not exactly required to customize.

Also paste this thread in ABAP forum and even CRM forum, they can guide you more on this.

Hi Jansi,

We want to trigger the function module in Solution Manager, which will trigger a particular custom defined "Action".

I have defined the action and its working fine, but we want it to trigger it from external service/system.

I will post it in CRM forum as advised.
