hi,

very common issue we faced was, Spool overflow and other case was spool server down,

please chk here - Spool troubleshooting

Dear selva kanna,

         In real time,

There is two area from issue,

1) SPAD-->If user chnged printer type,host printer,spool acess method

2) Local printer side-->if local printer setting and network connection
