Internal and External Visibility In Master Agreement's Contract Document Tab

Hi,

In Master Agreement's Contract Document section, when we try to upload a document the visibiity mode of the document is by default "Internal" and there is no option to change the mode from "Internal" to " External or Internal and External "

Is there any workaround to provide the option to select visibilit mode by the user ?

Please share your views.

Hi Krish,

In addition to Harmeet's suggestion, for the Contract Document tab to appear on the supplier side, the Contract Document Phase should be set to Internal and External i.e., Supplier Draft. When the Contract Document is moved to the Supplier Draft phase, the Contract Document tab will appear with the relevant document entry on the tab.

Hi Krish,

If you want to make the contract visible to the supplier ( using the external visibility ) , you may use the publish to supplier option which is on the MA header tab.
