Oven &drying routing issue

Dear friends

 We are having Oven & drying process, our process Parameters are given below

Oven capacity is 5 no’sProcess time is same up to 5 no’s  100 min Base qty is 5       Process time is 100 minBase qty is 1       Process time is 100 min 

I have maintained routing as mentioned below 

Scenario 1 

Base qty is 5    Machine time 100 min  If my production order qty 1  System proposal Lead time is 20 min But actual lead time is 100 Min 

Scenario 2 

Base qty is 1 Machine time is 100 if my production order qty is 5 System proposal Lead time is 500 min But actual lead time is 100 Min 

Please guide me how to overcome this issue

Hi Arun,

It seems duration fixed duration upto 5 nos in first scenario and doesnot change based on quantity. Put base quantity as 5 and 100 mins as fixed duration for scenario 1 and make sure you plant with Fixed lot size of quantity 5 so that you get planned orders of quantity 5 only.

Similar logic you can apply to second scenario
