Changing Visibility mode in master agreement's contract document section

Hi,

In Master Agreement's contract document section, when we try to upload a document, the visibility of the document is by default " Internal " and there is no option to change the visibility to " External" or " Internal And External ".

Is there any workaround to provide an option to select the visibility mode by the user at the time of uploading ?

Hi Krsih,

The visibility of the contract document Internal vs External is configured in the Contract Document Phase Configuration.

Navigate to Set up --> Document Set up --> Contract Document --> Contract Document Phase Configuration.

The visibility of the document is associated to the phase of the contract document.
