Hi All,

I have a problem with copy control settings.

The client is creating a return delivery with referrence to a return order and doing PGR with 0 quantity followed by billing with referrence to delivery no.but am encountering the error Document is not relevant for billing.

The return item category is ZRE2 where the billing relevance has been set as A and pricing as X

The document type ZRE2 - Both Order and delivery billing type fields have been populated with ZD16.

In VTFL the copy control settings are as follows

HEADER

Source is ZGLR and target is ZD16

Copying requirements   003

Determ.export data

Assignment Number      E

Reference number       C

ITEM

Copying requirements   004  Deliv-related item	Billing quantity	E
Data VBRK/VBRP     007  Inv.Split (Rec/Div)	Pos./neg. quantity   +
	Pricing type	D
	PricingExchRate type

Price source

Other than these do we require anything else.

If so what is it?.Can someone please guide me ??

Dear

If you have zero quantity then what you are going to bill. How system will calculate net value with zero quantity. Further I request you to paste screen shots instead typing fields names and values.

Can you please let me know why your client was doing PGR for zero quantity ?  Have they changed the quantity manually in return delivery ??
