Comments for Collaborators section in RFP questions

Hi,

When we create question in RFP, there is a field "Comments for Collaborators" in which we provide any additional info to collaborators. Are the comments in this field restricted to question section only.

I assumed that the information that we provide in this field, will somehow be reflected during scoring, however that's not the case.

Is there any setting in the system which can trigger this functionality?

Hi Anshuman,

we tested this question in our team and the comment for collaborator tab is visible during Scoring as well as Questions in the Response phase of the RFx.

Could you test it again in the following way:

- Create RFx

- Make sure that scoring is enabled on the RFx document type

- Add collaborator to RFx

- Create 2 sample questions, add comments for collaborator

- Add suppliers

- Set RFx to Open for Response

- Login as supplier, and respond to RFx, submit final response

- Login as RFx owner, and close the RFx and start scoring process

- Login as collaborator and start scoring

The comments for collaborator should be visible on that page
